The ADA/EEO/Employee Relations Bureau provides advice, guidance and training on the appropriate course of action regarding numerous issues, including:

  • ADA accommodations and the interactive process.
  • EEO complaints and grievances to include allegations of discrimination.
  • Employee relations matters such as how to maintain healthy, lawful relationships and performance or disciplinary issues.

The bureau also conducts investigations of alleged violations related to KDOT policy, and state/federal laws or regulations pertaining to ADA/EEO/Employee Relations matters as well as performance and disciplinary issues.
