Products or materials for KDOT construction projects fall into three categories:

  1. Accepted on certification
  2. Must be prequalified
  3. Require both certification and prequalification

See KDOT’s Current Prequalified Materials List. KDOT can approve products and materials at any time for any purpose.

Producers and vendors interested in supplying products and materials should:

  1. Review the KDOT Specifications for State Road and Bridge Construction and Special Provisions.
  2. Review the current Prequalified Materials List to see how your product or materials are currently being used.
